This calculator is very useful if you want to plan how much paint you want to use to paint interior and exterior walls. These are the details you can read to understand the method of calculating how much paint to use.

Instructions

  1. Select measurement method (feet or meter).
  2. Next, enter the surface measurement. (i.e: assume that there is a bedroom with Y feet width, X feet length, and Z feet height. There will be 4 surfaces to be entered. 2 rows of (Y x Z) and 2 rows of (X x Z).

  3. After that, Enter the door and window measurement. This measurement will be excluded from the measurement of overall surfaces. (Make sure to enter all door and window).
  4. Lastly, ceiling is optional. But if you want to paint your ceiling too, please enter the measurement in the last section.
